Balanced Budget Amendment

Prove the skeptical conservatives wrong. Prove that this administration and the Republicans can be trusted. Refuse to vote on any legislation until a Balanced Budget Amendment and Line Item Veto are passed. The amendment should require all bodies of government at all levels to maintain balanced budgets.
